By using this website and placing an order with PrimeLegacy, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Orders are placed by sending us your cart on WhatsApp or email. An order is confirmed only once our team has confirmed the items, price and delivery details with you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock — and will let you know if we do.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price confirmed with you at the time of your order is the price you pay. Discount codes are valid only as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products

We do our best to show colours and details accurately. Small differences may appear because of lighting and screen settings. Sizes are listed in our size guide; please check it before ordering.

Payment

Payment is made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer as agreed when your order is confirmed.

Cancellations and exchanges

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. After delivery, our Shipping & Exchanges policy applies.

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to PrimeLegacy or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
